Independent Living
The Independent Living plan includes all the features of our large, charming apartments and all the advantages of our maintenance free lifestyle. The monthly rent includes one meal each day, electricity, water, cable TV, housekeeping, flat laundry.
Independent Living residents participate in our extensive activities program and are provided local, scheduled transportation to grocery stores, shopping malls, and doctor appointments.
Our dining program is available to all residents. A second or third meal each day may be added to the one meal included in the base rent.
In the event an Independent Living resident should require additional care, our community provides Personal Care and Personal Care Plus services. Most Independent Living residents do not have to relocate to another community to receive the services they require, allowing them to easily continue the friendships formed in our retirement community.
